Upon my departure, I realized I had forgotten my earpods in the room, and to my surprise, the staff promptly returned them to me, showcasing their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction. the ironing facilities provided in the room were top-notch, allowing me to ensure I looked sharp for my business meetings throughout the stay. the heating and air conditioning system were impeccably controlled, providing the perfect temperature balance for a comfortable and relaxing environment. the presence of free toiletries in the bathroom showcased the hotel's commitment to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. the Cherry Pick Cafe located just a stone's throw away from the hotel was a delightful spot to grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee. Kawada truly impressed me with its attention to detail, exceptional service, and innovative amenities, making it a standout choice for travelers seeking a memorable stay in the heart of LA Downtown.
